We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to manage our dynamic production team and drive timely and high-quality execution of all development projects. Job responsibilities:
- Manage our production pod to ensure timely and high-quality execution of all development projects
- Oversee internal stakeholder experiences with their projects and ensure exceptional outcomes
- Collaborate closely with talented programmers and artists to meet project deadlines and ensure team synchronization
- Develop roadmaps for project features, identify critical paths, and implement creative solutions
- Provide risk reports for risk mitigation and partner messaging
- Identify opportunities for workflow and project improvement
- Coordinate, mentor, and motivate the production pod
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Producer in the AR/VR industry, animation/CGI, or gaming
- Passion for new technologies, experience with VR/AR projects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and handle issues appropriately
- Strong project management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in anticipating issues before they develop
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Complete fluency in written and spoken German and English
