- This training is developed on a scalable extended reality platform that can be used anywhere, anytime (even remotely).
The mission:
- As a co-founder, you will take overall strategic and operational responsibility for medverse, building a team and empowering them to develop the best possible solutions for surgical XR training in Europe.
- As the "first person on deck", you will use your extensive network, experience and skills in sales to approach potential new customers in medical technology and work out the added value of the medverse solution with them.
Your backing:
- As the parent company, the expertise and experience of inside360 GmbH is available to you at all times. We will support you in product development for medverse, help you build your team, be there for customer meetings and workshops, and more.
Qualifications:
- Your experience in the healthcare sector has given you a deep understanding of the industry. Ideally, you already have healthcare customers who have purchased software solutions from you.
- You were a founder or have already worked in a startup that was characterized by strong growth and can handle a fast pace of work.
- You have built teams of 5-10 people or more in the past and consider yourself a "hurdle-clearer" so your team can shine.
- You have a high technical affinity (maybe you're even familiar with AR/VR already) and understand what SaaS products are all about. In the best case, you've even accompanied financing rounds.
- You are not afraid to learn new things, you even welcome them. You give constructive feedback and reflect on feedback given to you - no matter from whom.
